Mech Blowers Twin-Lobe Blowers operate on the proven positive displacement principle, delivering a continuous and reliable flow of air or gas. The blower features two precision-engineered lobed rotors that rotate in opposite directions while maintaining extremely close clearances without making contact. Their movement is perfectly synchronised by a set of accurately machined timing gears, ensuring smooth, efficient, and maintenance-friendly operation.
As the rotors rotate, air or gas is drawn into the inlet, trapped within the spaces between the lobes and the casing, and conveyed towards the discharge port. At the outlet, the trapped air is discharged against the system pressure, producing a consistent flow at the required operating pressure. The precisely maintained internal clearances minimise leakage and internal slip, resulting in high volumetric efficiency and dependable performance.
