MECH BLOWERS’ Side Channel Blowers are engineered to deliver a continuous, oil-free airflow with high efficiency and reliable performance. These blowers feature a ring-shaped housing, a specially designed impeller (rotor), and a precision-engineered side channel that work together to generate consistent air pressure and vacuum.
As the impeller rotates, it draws air or gas through the inlet and accelerates it outward by centrifugal force. The air continuously circulates between the impeller blades and the side channel, where it is compressed multiple times before reaching the outlet. This multi-stage compression process gradually increases the pressure while ensuring smooth, pulsation-free airflow.
The compressed air is then discharged through the outlet connection, providing dependable performance for a wide range of industrial applications, including pneumatic conveying, wastewater treatment, vacuum handling, packaging, printing, and aeration systems.
